Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had every amenity, with an extremely comfortable bed, giving off a boutique hotel vibe with lovely Andalusian touches. However, the makeovers in red and black were a bit too bold for my taste. The location was ideal for enjoying the Seville experience, but it could benefit from more staff for a seamless stay. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there were minor inefficiencies noted. The dining had a fabulous choice overall, but some items were mediocre. The facilities were well-equipped, but a bit on the expensive side.
The hotel offers a mix of luxurious and noisy rooms with a welcome relief from hot weather. The service is very good, but improvements needed. Location is wonderful, right in the middle of Seville's major sites. The dining experience is amazing, catering to every guest's needs.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were lovely and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever stayed in, grand and traditional with a lovely bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, and beautifully appointed. The service was exceptional - very helpful in recommending the best restaurants and booking tables, though they missed providing complimentary water daily. The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the middle of the city making sightseeing easy. The dining experience was a true delight, with loads of variety and fresh local food. The pool area was a perfect retreat from the sunshine. Overall, a great value for money.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel is nestled in the heart of the old city near all the major attractions like Alcazar, the cathedral, and Plaza de Espana. The rooms overlooking the beautiful courtyard were simply stunning, spotlessly clean, and boasted one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Everything truly lived up to its 5-star reputation. The only downside was the disappointment of the nearby flamenco show, but being so close to all the wonders of Seville more than made up for it.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were like a boutique hotel with beautiful Andalusian touches. The ideal location, just perfect for exploring the city, made our stay exceptional. The only downside was the noise level in the rooms at certain times.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff, led by the General Manager Mr Suffredini, were incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the amazing pool in the back garden. The only downside was the street noise from the nearby taxi stop, which interrupted my sleep at times.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were stunning, especially with the private terrace offering a direct view of the Cathedral. The only downside was the hot hallway smell, but that didn't bother me too much. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly attentive to all our needs. The location couldn't have been better for exploring beautiful Sevilla, and the dining experience was superb, especially the lunch by the pool. Such a fantastic retreat after a day of sightseeing.
